Section 5A
To be approved
(1) The public body shall approve the details according to section 4 and the cost estimate according to section 5 as prescribed.
(2) Except in the case that the details as per section 4 and the cost estimate as per section 5 need to be revised for specific reasons as specified, if the once approved design or cost estimate needs to be revised, such revision differs from the original cost figure by more than twenty five percent or if the design is flawed or the cost estimate is abnormal. If the procurement work is affected due to the preparation, the official who prepared, checked or approved such design or cost estimate and the consultant involved in that work will be party to the action according to the prevailing law.
